Hallym University Hangang Sacred Heart Hospital

Hallym University Kangnam Sacred Hospital has been accredited by the Korean Society of Radiology as an exemplary teaching hospital for its special medical equipment.

The accreditation does not only symbolize the hospital’s quality control and management of special medical equipment including CT, MRI and Mammography. It also means the hospital won an opportunity to oversee overall quality check of other hospitals’ medical equipment through education and guidance to related employees.

The accreditation of an exemplary teaching hospital for its special medical equipment issued by the Korean Society of Radiology is based on the rules of the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s operation and installment of special medical equipment. It is awarded to excellent hospitals that effectively conduct quality check of special medical equipment with an aim to settle quality management system and provide education to other medical institutions in the region.
