Hallym University Hangang Sacred Heart Hospital

Dr. Yon-Sik Yoo, an associate professor of orthopedic surgery at Hallym University Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital, visited the University Medical Hospital of Ho Chi Minh City Medicine and Pharmacy University in Vietnam on June 22. With about thirty orthopedic surgeons in attendance, Dr. Yoo performed ‘Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction’ and ‘Arthroscopic Rotator cuff repair.’

Also, he gave a lecture on “Shoulder Impingement Syndrome and Its Operative Treatment” as an invited speaker at the 19th Annual Meeting of Ho Chi Minh City Orthopaedic Association on June 23 and received good response from participants.

Meanwhile, Dr. Yoo has been involved in a variety of activities as a member of the Upper Extremity Committee of the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery & Orthopedic Sports Medicine (ISAKOS).
