Dr. Yong-Jun Cho, professor and director of the spine center at Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital, has been selected to be included in the 2010 edition of Marquis Who's Who.

Dr. Cho has served as an executive secretary of the Korean Neurotraumatology Society, the Korean Spinal Neurosurgery Society and the Korean Periphery Nerve Society and the member of the editorial boards of the Korean Spinal Neurosurgery Society, the Korean Neurosurgical Society and the Korean Neurotraumatology Society. He has been a visiting member of the editorial boards of the international papers such as Journals of Neurosurgery, Neurosurgery and Spine and Journal of Hand Microsurgery. He presented more than 100 papers including SCI papers and internationally renowned ones. He wrote three chapters in two American textbooks on spine.

As director of the spine center, Dr. Cho specializes in degenerative spine diseases and disc herniation. He has also contributed to the development of peripheral nerve surgery. Dr. Cho was chosen one of the best doctors in Korea by the Chosun Ilbo(Daily) in 2006.
