Hallym University Hangang Sacred Heart Hospital

"Happy Store with the Happiness-Sharing Youth Service School", planned together by Hallym Youth Center and the department of social work in Chuncheon Scared Heart Hospital, was successfully progressed with sincere interests and positive cooperation of faculty and staff in Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital.

The bazaar was held on Aug. 9th with the items of clothing, books, household goods etc donated by faculty and staff in Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital and was able to make around \3,000,000 by selling them at the event. The whole proceeds will be spent on the one night trip of three low-income families having disabled members on Sep. 8th.

Through running the "Happy Store", members of Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital were able to have valuable time making efforts for neighborhood. Middle & high school volunteers are also considered to have been able to change ethical moral, highly understand donation culture and increase satisfaction for voluntary activities as they've been participating in all process of the bazaar.

We believe that this is the way we can practice and realize our own contribution to the social welfare.
